Babies factory found in Rivers- The pregnant women plan to sell their baby N400k after delivery.


Report came from the Rivers State Police Command  that they detained five pregnant young women at a baby factory in Umuikpe community,  of Isiala Ngwa South,  Abia State.
The victims, in the early age of twenties were arrested following a tip off that they had strategic to sell their babies to the owner of the baby factory upon delivery.


 The state Police “PRO ”Public Relations Officer,  Mr. Ahmad Muhammad, confirmed to newsmen that the arrest was made at the weekend after an insider disclosed that the owner of the factory were mobilising more young ladies at various cities in Rivers  state to join the business.
One of the women in her second trimester, Nkechi Oguama, told newsmen she was into prostitution before she fell in love with an Ikwerre man in Ogbogologo, in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.

The Police PRO disclosed that the police took on them in Abia and arrested about five. Also informing the newsmen that the young expectant mothers had an agreement with the unidentified owner of the baby factory to take care of them till delivery, after which, the babies will be sold to her for prices ranging between N400,000 and N500,000
According to the 24 year old, whenever she slept with her boyfriend, she did so without protection, but made sure she had protective sex with her clients.

Meanwhile, the Police PRO noted that the expectant mothers were in police custody while efforts were being made to track the owner of the baby factory and others now at large.
